BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Ambamustine(PTT119)hydrochloride是⼀种双功能烷化剂，通过烷化机制诱导DNA损伤。Ambamustine

可⼲扰⿏乳腺肿瘤病毒(MuMTV)加⼯和成熟的后期步骤，并减少B型逆转录病毒MuMTV的产⽣。

Ambamustine具有细胞溶解和抗病毒活性。
