一种环保高效的LNG动力船冷热电联产装置

摘要：以LNG动力船舶为研究对象，利用热电联供技术，针对船舶在海洋航行的不利条件，为满足船舶冷、热、电的不同需求，设

计出一种LNG动力船冷能梯级利用置，并介绍了其工作原理及主要组成零部件。置由LNG气化系统、冷能、冷量回收系统和

烟气余热回收及生产系统三部分组成，实现冷能、热能梯级利用，夏季、冬季都可以同时提供冷、热、电。整套置设计合理、工作可靠、资源

利用率高，可以大幅减少对大气的污染。

Abstract:CombinedheatandpowertechnologyisadoptedintheLNGpoweredshiptomeetthedemandsofcold,heat

andelectricityundertheunfavorablesailingconditions,whichwasakindofLNGpoweredshipwithcoldenergy

cascadeutilizationdevice.Thispaperintroducesitsworkingprincipleandmaincomponents.Thedeviceiscomposed

ofthreepartsincludingLNGgasificationsystem,coldenergyrecoverysystemaswellasfluegaswasteheatrecovery

andproductionsystem,anditcanarchivethecascadeutilizationofcoldenergyandheatenergy.Insummerand

winter,thisdevicecanprovidecoldenergy,heatenergyandelectricityatthesametime.Thewholedevicehasa

reasonabledesign,reliablework,highresourceutilization,andcangreatlyreduceairpollution.
