摘要：针对在更换滚珠丝杠副的新滚珠过程中滚珠容易掉落出来和进入两个反向器之间的技术难题，研制了一种新型滚珠

丝杠副装配与调试设备。螺母与丝杠在旋合过程中要始终保持同轴心状态，使丝杠与螺母的滚道保持一致。该设备主要由两个V形

座、两个调节板、两个支撑板和滑动导轨组成，利用调节板的垂直移动和沿T形槽的水平移动来调整两个V形座的位置，使丝杠与

螺母的轴心线重合。该设备操作方便，定位精度高，解决了滚珠丝杠生产厂家和滚珠丝杠维修人员的技术难题。关键词：滚珠丝杠；装配
