Globaladoptionofartificialintelligencecontinuedtoriseinthesecondhalfof2025,increasingby1.2percentage

pointscomparedtothefirsthalfoftheyear,withroughlyoneinsixpeopleworldwidenowusinggenerativeAItools,remarkableprogressforatechnologythatonlyrecently

enteredmainstreamuse.

DespiteprogressinAIadoption,thedatashowsawidening

divide:adoptionintheGlobalNorthgrewnearlytwiceasfastasintheGlobalSouth.Asaresult,24.7percentoftheworkingagepopulationintheGlobalNorthisnowusingthesetools,comparedtoonly14.1percentintheGlobalSouth.
