焦耳加热陶瓷熔炉是玻璃固化工艺的核心设备，炉内玻璃固化体通过底部出料方式浇注到产品容器内。为解决熔

炉出料堵塞问题，检查了出料管内部情况，结合民用窑炉堵塞处理方法，搭建了试验平台。钻杆摆动对比试验表明，试验装

置钻杆摆动略大，预疏通装置更稳定；通过振动试验评估了试验装置稳定性。模拟疏通试验表明，该试验装置稳定可靠。采

用研制的预疏通装置对出料管内的硬质堵塞物进行了清理，炉内料液成功流出，为解决出料堵塞问题积累了经验。

Abstract:TheJouleheatedceramicmelteristhecoreequipmentofthevitrificationprocess,andtheglassproductsinthe

melterispouredintothecanisterbythebottomdischarge.Inordertosolvetheproblemofcloinofthemelter

discharge,thecloinofthedischargepipeischecked,andthetestplatformisbuiltincombinationwiththecloin

treatmentmethodofthecivilkiln.Thecomparativetestofdrillswiniscarriedout,andtheresultsshowthatthedrill

swinofthetestdeviceisslightlylarger,andthepre-dredgindeviceismorestable.Throughthevibrationtest,the

stabilityofthetestdeviceisevaluated.Thesimulateddredgintestshowsthatthetestdeviceisstableandreliable.

Throughthedevelopedpre-dredgindevice,
