绿色贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口的影响分析

摘要

在全球贸易规则向“可持续发展优先”转变的背景下，绿色贸易壁垒成为国际贸易焦点。本文研究其对

中国农产品出口的影响，发现绿色贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口具有多维度的影响，积极影响在于它推动

了农业技术创新、提升农产品质量、促进了绿色农业的发展。消极影响在于它增加了农产品出口成本、

限制了出口市场范围、容易引发贸易摩擦。最后，本研究针对其消极影响提出了一系列应对策略，包括

完善国内标准、优化出口市场布局和提高农业机械化水平。未来，中国需积极应对绿色贸易壁垒带来的

挑战，推动农业可持续发展，实现向农业强国的转变。

Abstract

Inthecontextofthetransformationofglobaltraderulesto“sustainabledevelopmentpriority”,

greentradebarriershavebecomethefocusofinternationaltrade.Thispaperstudiesitsimpacton

China’sagriculturalexports,andfindsthatgreentradebarriershaveamulti-dimensionalimpact

onChina’sagriculturalexports,andthepositiveimpactliesinthefactthattheypromoteagricul-

turaltechnologyinnovation,improvethequalityofagriculturalproducts,andpromotethedevel-

opmentofgreenagriculture.Thenegativeimpactisthatitincreasestheexportcostofagricultural

products,limitsthescopeofexportmarkets,andeasilytriggerstradefriction.Finally,thisstudy
