一、概述

1.胃肠道间质瘤的定义

胃肠道间质瘤（GastrointestinalStromalTumors，GISTs）是一种起源于胃肠道间质细胞（Gastrointestinalstromalcells，GSCs）的肿瘤，属于胃肠道间质细胞肿瘤（Gastrointestinalmesenchymaltumors，GMTs）的范畴。这种肿瘤在临床上较为罕见，但其发病率逐年上升，已成为胃肠道肿瘤中不可忽视的一部分。据统计，GISTs在所有胃肠道肿瘤中约占1%-3%，而其中约80%发生在胃部，其余20%发生在小肠、结直肠、
