摘要

在医药行业竞争日趋激烈、政策调控不断深化的背景下，盈利能力作为企业生存发展的核心竞争力，直接决定了制药企业的可持续发展能力。本文以嘉应制药公司为研究对象，聚焦2020-2024年期间的盈利能力状况，运用财务分析方法，从净资产收益率、总资产收益率、销售毛利率、净利率四个核心指标入手，分析公司盈利能力的变化趋势，并与华润三九、葵花药业等同行业标杆企业进行对比，挖掘公司在盈利能力方面存在的问题及根源，最终提出针对性的优化对策。研究发现，嘉应制药盈利能力波动较大，核心盈利指标整体不及同行业龙头企业，存在资产运营效率偏低、成本控制能力不足、盈利稳定性差等问题。本文提出的优化策略，旨在帮助嘉应制药改善盈利状况、提升核心竞争力，同时也为同类型中小制药企业的盈利能力优化提供参考借鉴。
