摘要

随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进，甘肃省农村电子商务发展取得了巨大成就。“数商兴农”是新时期加快

适应数字经济形态，推动乡村产业数字化转型的重要工程，对促进了农村地区发展、解决“三农”问题、

实现乡村振兴建议重要意义。但甘肃省农村电商发展仍处于较低水平，发展过程中存在农村电子商务人

才匮乏、农产品缺乏竞争力、电商销售模式单一、农村电商盈利能力差等问题，据此就培育“新人才”、

注入“新活力”、创造“新路径”、完善“新模式”等方面提出优化建议。
