ThislubricatingoilpurchaseandsalesandqualityassurancecontractismadebetweenPartyAandPartyB,withtheaimofclearlydefiningthetermsandconditionsofthepurchaseandsaleoflubricatingoilandensuringthequalityoftheproducts.

1.Contractpurpose

PartyAagreestopurchaselubricatingoilfromPartyB,andPartyBagreestoselllubricatingoiltoPartyA.Thepurposeofthiscontractistoestablishaclearandmutuallybeneficialcooperativerelationshipbetweenthetwoparties,andtoensurethatthequalityofthelubricatingoilmeetstheagreedstandards.

2.Productinformation

ThelubricatingoilpurchasedbyPartyAfromPartyBshallcomplywiththerelevantnationalstandardsandindustryspecifications.Thespecificmodel,grade,andtechnicalparametersofthelubricatingoilshallbespecifiedintheattachedproductlist,whichisanintegralpartofthiscontract.

3.Quantityandprice

ThequantityandpriceofthelubricatingoilpurchasedbyPartyAfromPartyBshallbeasfollows:_
