某型号压力容器结构设计与优化

摘要

压力容器是化工行业的重要组成部分，压力容器的设计制造水平则影响着整个化工

行业的发展，甚至影响着整个国家的国民经济发展。本文设计的压力容器为立式压力容

器，容器的容积为0.21m3，盛装介质为水，工作温度为常温，工作压力为6MPa，筒体

材料为316不锈钢。本文通过对筒体的结构设计进行优化确定出了其最佳的设计尺寸，

在法兰、法兰盖、垫片以及螺栓等紧固件的选择上更是严格地遵照了相关的国家标准规

定，因此保证了容器的安全性能。最后进行的强度校核与水压试验则充分地证实了容器

的设计是合格的，满足使用要求。

Pressurevesselsisanimportantpartofthechemicalindustry,designandmanufactureof

pressurevesselsareaffectingthedevelopmentofthechemicalindustry,andevenaffectthe

economicdevelopmentofthewholecountry.Pressurevesselsdesignedforverticalpressure

container,thecontainervolumeis0.21m3,containingmediumiswater,temperatureisroom

temperature,workingpressure6MPa,madeof316stainlesssteelcylinder.Basedonthe

cylinderdesignoptimizationdetermineitsoptimaldesigndimensions,flange,flangecover,

gasketsandboltsandotherfastenerschoiceisstrictlyinaccordancewiththerelevantnational

standards,thusensuringthesafetyofthevessel.Strengthcheckandpressuretestconducted

lastfullyconfirmedthedesignofthecontainerisqualifiedtomeettherequirements
