摘要：

本次毕业设计是关于CJS-4磁性管路过滤器的计算机辅助设计，主要任务是利

用Ｐor/ECAD等绘图软件画出过滤器的滤筒，滤芯以及滤头等重要组成部件的三

维立体实物图，并对其进行虚拟装配模拟动画。

课题主要包括以下内容：第一步首先对过滤器的工作原理作了简单的概述，介

绍了各种过滤器的特点以及行业标准；接着分析了过滤器的选择原则及使用方法；

然后根据这些选择原则分析工程图。第二步首先对知道老师所提供的CAD工程图

进行了深入分析，接着对各个零部件进行了结构设计，并按照给定参数进行了三

维立体造型设计。第三步利用Ｐro/E三维绘图软件对各个零件进行建模，并做装

配动画，最终完成CJS-4磁性管路过滤器的设计装配。

本次CJS-4磁性管路过滤器的毕业设计代表了工厂内部开发新产品的一般流程,

对今后毕业进入工厂工作有好处。

Abstract：

ThisgraduationdesignisontheCJS-4magneticpipelinefiltercomputer
