摘要

本设计是轻型钢结构厂房，采用的是轻型门式钢架体系，建筑质量轻，强度高且跨

度大，钢结构建筑施工工期较短，相应的降低投资成本,在国内有着较为广泛的应用前

景。轻型钢结构屋面荷载较轻，所以杆件截面较小、较薄。它除了具有普通钢结构自重

较轻、材质均匀、加工制造简单、应力计算准确可靠、运输安装方便、工业化程度高等

特点外，还具有用料较省、取材方便、自重更轻等优点。

本设计主要为结构设计。结构设计部分包括结构选型和布置、荷载计算、吊车梁设

计、抗风柱设计、檩条和墙梁设计、门式钢架设计、支撑设计、基础设计、节点设计。

各部分都详细演算了主要构件的计算过程。

本次设计图纸部分有：结构设计说明书、厂房平面图、立面剖面、节点详图、刚架

施工图、吊车梁施工图、厂房檩条墙梁布置图、支撑布置图、基础平面布置图。

Abstract

materialtobeusedthantheprovinces,theadvantagesoflighterweight.

Thedesignspecificationisstructuraldesign.Partofthestructuraldesign,including

corbeldesign,rigidframedesign(hand-countingcomputercomparison,combinationof

internalforces),thenodedesign.Chaptersdetailthemaincomponentsofcalculus

calculation.

Foundationprogramsincludegroundhandling,foundationdesign.Partofthedesign

drawingsareasfollows:plantfloorplan,Nodeelevationprofilesanddetailed,Frame

layoutmap,foundationplan,lime-soilcompactionpilelayoutmap.
