摘要

在现代企业的经营发展中，风险的形成是必然的，也是必须面对的问题。风

险具备多样化特点，同时内容也比较复杂。财务风险短期内制约企业生产经营决

策，长期来看影响企业生存发展，是企业管理者必须面对的问题。随着经济一体

化进程的快速发展以及市场机制的逐步完善，企业面临的不确定因素迅速增多，

所以，加强对财务风险防范和控制对企业的发展而言具有重大意义。

本文以财务风险的理论为依据，对风险的概念、分类、特征以及构成财务风

险的原因进行了系统的阐述。在此基础上通过南商农科近三年的财务数据对筹资

风险、运营资金风险进行分析和评价，并结合公司的实际情况逐一分析了产生这

些风险的原因。最后，针对风险产生的原因提出行之有效的应对策略，尽可能将

财务风险控制在一定范围内。

developmentofenterprisesinthelongterm.Withtherapiddevelopmentofthe

economicintegrationprocessandthegradualimprovementofthemarketmechanism,

enterprisesarefacedwithmoreandmoreuncertainties.Soitsveryimportantforthe

enterprisestotakemeasurestopreventandcontrolthefinancialrisk.

Basedonthetheoryoffinancialrisk,thispapersystematicallyexpoundsthe

concept,classification,characteristicsandcausesoffinancialrisk.Onthisbasis,

thefinancialdataofnanshangagriculturalscienceco.,ltd.inthepastthreeyea

rsareusedtoanalyzeandevaluatethefinancingriskandoperatingcapitalrisk,

andthecausesoftheserisksareanalyzedonebyoneaccordingtotheactual

situationofthecompanyFinally,putforwardeffectivecountermeasuresforthe

causesoftherisks,andtrytocontrolthefinancialriskswithinacertainrange.
