摘要

旋片泵是最基本的一种真空获得设备，它既可以单独用来获取低中真空，也可

以作为其它中高真空泵的前级泵来使用。近些年来，直联式旋片泵随着电子、半导

体、制药以及食品包装行业的发展而得到了迅速发展。但是国内的直联旋片泵在性

能上满足不了行业需求，而国内进口泵价格又太高，在这种情况下，有必要研发新

的直联式旋片泵，在性能上追赶国外进口泵，同时在价格上让国内用户容易接受。

在此次毕业设计工作中，首先分析了当前的真空获得设备的市场情况以及国内

外旋片泵在性能、价格上的差异，肯定了新型直联旋片泵研发的必要性。随后，详

细分析了国内旋片泵在性能上存在的问题，主要是极限真空、抽气效率、噪声、喷

油及漏油这几个指标。针对问题，结合现有技术水平，给出解决方案和设计目标。

根据解决方案，提出了结构上几个关键的改进和创新，即新型的排气过滤器和进气

口的捕集器、改进的挡油板和排气口结构，以及外形的变动设计。

本工作所设计的双级直联双旋片式真空泵，是在分析、吸收众多国外著名公司

及国内公司的结构及技术，再进行创新而开发出来的一种集过滤与捕集功能为一体

的整体式旋片真空泵。它具有节能、无需水冷、可直排大气等优点:同时体积小、

重量轻、操作简单、维修方便;广泛应用于真空包装、薄膜制备与吸塑成型等领

Abstract

coupledrotaryvanepumpwiththeelectronics,semiconductor,

pharmaceuticalandfoodpackagingindustryhasbeenrapiddevelopment.

Directrotaryvanepumpinthedomesticperformancefailedtomeetthe

industrydemand,thedomesticpricesofimportedpumpsaretoohigh,in

thiscase,thereisaneedtodevelopnewDirectrotaryvanepump

performancetocatchupwiththeimportedpumpswhilethepricefor

domesticuserstoeasilyaccept.

Inthegraduatedesignwork,thefirstanalysisofthevacuum

equipmentinthecurrentmarketconditions,aswellasdomesticand

foreignrotaryvanepump,thedifferenceinperformance,price,and

affirmedthenecessityofthenewdirectrotaryvanepumpisdeveloped.
