浅析中小企业融资难的原因及对策

摘要

改革开放以来，我国中小企业得到了迅猛的发展，对我国国民经

济的贡献率不断提高，中小企业在促进经济增长、创造就业机会、增

加农民收入、转移农村富余劳动力等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。但

是，最近几年，我国中小企业的发展面临着很大的困难。尤其影响我

国中小企业进一步发展的最重要的因素是中小企业融资渠道狭窄、融

资数量少、融资结构不合理、融资成本高。如对工业增加值贡献率不

到30%的国有企业占用了70%以上的银行贷款，但创造了70%的国民

生产总值的非国有企业只获得30%的银行贷款。如果这种现象得不到

充分改善，中小企业将难以持续快速发展，会直接影响整个国民经济

的发展。关键词：中小企业融资现状原因对策

AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,Chinassmalland

medium-sizedenterprisesgetrapiddevelopmentofChinas

nationaleconomy,thecontributionofconstantlyimprove,small

andmedium-sizedenterprisesinpromotingeconomicgrowth,

createjobs,increasingtheincomeofpeasants,thetransferof

ruralsurpluslaborforceisplayingamoreandmoreimportant

aspectsoftherole.But,inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofsmall

andmedium-sizedenterprisesfacinggreatdifficulties.Especially

influencefurtherdevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sized

enterprisesinChinaisthemostimportantfactortosmalland

medium-sizedenterprisefinancingchannelisnarrow,financing

quantity,lessfinancingstructureunreasonable,financingcostis

high.Astheindustrialsectorcontributiontolessthan30percent

ofthestate-ownedenterpriseoccupymorethan70%ofbank

loans,butcreated70percentofGNPnon-stateenterprisesonly

get30%ofbankloans.Ifthisphenomenonisnotfullyimprove,

smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseswillbehardpressedtothe

sustainedandrapiddevelopment,itwilldirectlyaffecttheentire

nationaleconomynationaleconomydevelopment.Keywords:
