甲方：

乙方：

双方本着诚信、互利的原则，依据《中华人民共和国合同法》，经过充分协商，甲乙双方就合作经营储煤场地事宜达成如下协议：

一、场地位臵、大小、性质：现甲方有场地一块，场地性质为煤炭储存、集站所用，位于五寨县孙家坪乡阳坡村西南角(阳坡村加油站西侧)，长约米，宽米，占地面积约60亩，用于煤炭堆存、集站，自愿乙方合作经营。

二、场地使用期及权限：自20xx年9月1日至20xx年9月1日，五年时间。场地全部权归甲方全部，场地管理和使用权归乙方全部，在未经双方同意的状况下，甲乙双方均无权擅自转变场地性质。

三、共同责任：

1、甲乙双方共同负责场地的整修、碾压、铺垫及场地所需设施设备的配臵、购买和安装。

2、甲方双方共同负责场内设施设
