摘要：8xxx铝合金箔存放两个月后在表面产生白条缺陷,使其在使用过程中的耐蚀性能变差剥离强度降低等。使

用电镜扫描缺陷区域形貌，通过能谱分析缺陷处所含元素的成分及含量，

及点状腐蚀,并伴有硬质化合物尖晶石等夹杂。
