ABSTRACT

Carrentaltravelisbecomingincreasinglycommon,andcarrentalcompaniescanprovideservicestocustomerswhoneedtorentcars.Theissueofofflinecarrentalforusersisthemostchallenging,astheycanonlycontactthestaffoftherentalcompanybyphoneorpersonallycometothestoretorentacar.Inthefaceoftheseproblems,designacarrentalplatformthatcansolvetheproblemofusersrentingcars.Thiscanenableuserswithcarrentalneedstomakeonlinereservationsforcarrentalthroughtheirmobilephones,makingtheonlinebusinessofcarrentalmorediverseandprovidinguserswithahigherqualityserviceexperience.

WehavesuccessfullydevelopedacarrentalsystemusingJavalanguage,Springtechnology,MYSQLdatabase,andIdeadevelopmenttools.Itcanenableuserstoplaceordersandsettleaccountsonlineforfullyself-serviceuse,makingitmoreconvenienttodevelopandapplytheplatform.Themainfunctionsofthedesignedcarrentalsystemincludeusermanagement,vehicleinformationmanagement,vehiclemodelmanagement,paymentmanagement,customerservicemanagement,overduemanagement,andevaluationmanagement.
