摘要

本文的研究目的在于研究绿色金融对海南省的影响及对策，通过了解绿色金融在国内外的发展状况，分析发展绿色金融所带来的机遇和发展中会面临的问题及挑战。论述了绿色金融对海南省带来的影响，概括了绿色金融在国际、台湾及国内的发展现状，分析了绿色金融在海南省发展所带来的机遇和取得的成效以及海南省在发展绿色金融的过程中所作出的实践和探索。深入的分析了海南省发展绿色金融时所面临的问题。如，地方法规及政策的建设并不完善、与绿色金融相匹配的机制尚未健全、缺乏富有能力的专业人员和创新型的绿色金融业务。同时，提出了海南省发展绿色金融所面面临困难的解决对策，要积极的寻求政策与立法的支持并逐步的完善海南省绿色金融体系的机制。海南省商业银行要加强自身的发展与创新，同时要鼓励发展绿色金融专业的人员队伍、积极创新绿色金融的产品及服务。

Abstract

ThepurposeofthispaperistostudytheimpactofgreenfinanceonHainanProvinceanditscountermeasures.Byunderstandingthedevelopmentstatusofgreenfinanceathomeandabroad,analyzetheopportunitiesbroughtbythedevelopmentofgreenfinanceandtheproblemsandchallengesitfacesinthedevelopment.ThepaperdiscussestheimpactofgreenfinanceonHainanProvince,summarizesthedevelopmentstatusofgreenfinanceintheinternational,Taiwan,anddomesticcountries,analyzestheopportunitiesandachievementsbroughtaboutbythedevelopmentofgreenfinanceinHainanProvince,andHainanProvince’sdevelopmentofgreenfinance.Thepracticeandexplorationmadeduringtheprocess.In-depthanalysisoftheproblemsfacedbyHainanProvinceinthedevelopmentofgreenfinance.Forexample,theconstructionoflocallawsandregulationsandpoliciesisnotperfect,themechanismformatchingwithgreenfinanceisnotyetsound,lackofcompetentprofessionalsandinnovativegreenfinancialservices.Atthesametime,thesolutiontothedifficultiesfacedbythedevelopmentofgreenfinanceinHainanProvinceisproposed.ItisnecessarytoactivelyseekthesupportofpoliciesandlegislationandgraduallyimprovethemechanismofHainansgreenfinancialsystem.CommercialbanksinHainanProvincemuststrengthentheirowndevelopmentandinnovation.Atthesametime,theyshouldencouragethedevelopmentofagreenfinancialprofessionalteamandactivelyinnovategreenfinancialproductsandservices.
