BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性N-nitroso-tris-chloroethylurea(NTCU)可⽤于化学诱导出肺鳞状细胞癌模型。将N-nitroso-tris-

chloroethylurea涂抹于⼩⿏⽪肤上使五种⼩⿏品系(SWR/J,NIHSwiss,A/J,BALB/cJ,andFVB/J)患上肺鳞状细

胞癌，但其他三种品系(AKR/J、129/svJ和C57BL/6J)对N-nitroso-tris-chloroethylurea不敏感。
