摘要目的：探究综合护理对肺部小结节（PN）患者情绪状态及随访依从性的干预效果。方法：选取2023年5月—

2024年3月样本医院用软件筛查出的60例PN患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为试验组和对照组，每组各30例。

对照组实施常规护理，试验组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。干预前和干预3个月后，对比两组患者情绪状态。比较

两组患者干预3、6及12个月时的随访依从性。结果：干预后，两组患者疾病恐惧进展简化量表（FoP-Q-SF）评分降低、

心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）评分升高，差异均有统计学意义（t=4.904、13.943，P＜0.001）；干预12个月时，试验组患者随

访依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ=5.406，P＜0.05）。结论：综合护理干预能改善PN患者负性情绪，对提高随

访依从性有积极作用。
