重复经颅磁刺激联合针刺、

常规治疗在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：分析重复经颅磁刺激联合针刺、常规治疗在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法：将2021年4月—

2023年3月定西市岷县中医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者80例按照随机数字表法分为联合组和参照组，各40例。参照组

给予常规治疗、针刺治疗，联合组在参照组基础上给予重复经颅磁刺激。比较两组抑郁情况、脑神经功能、生活质量、治疗

效果。结果：治疗后，两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均降低，且联合组低于参照组（P＜0.05）。

治疗后，两组生活质量评分均升高，且联合组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。联合组治疗总有效率高于参照组（P=0.043）。结论：

重复经颅磁刺激联合针刺、常规治疗在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用效果显著，可缓解患者抑郁情绪，改善脑神经功能，提

高患者生活质量。

StrokeScalescoresofbothgroupswerereduced,andthecombinedgroupwaslowerthanthereferencegroup(P＜0.05).After

treatment,thequalityoflifescoresofbothgroupsincreased,andthecombinedgroupwashigherthanthereferencegroup(
