阵发性心房颤动患者射频消融术后复发的影响因素分析

摘要目的：分析阵发性心房颤动（房颤）患者射频消融术后复发的影响因素。方法：选取2021年6月—2023年1月于

临沂市中心医院行射频消融术的阵发性房颤患者60例作为研究对象。术后随访1年，依据复发情况分为复发组和未复发

组，比较两组相关资料，分析阵发性房颤患者射频消融术后复发的影响因素。结果：复发组可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋

白（sST2）、N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平高于未复发组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。sST2、NT-proBNP水平升

高是阵发性房颤患者射频消融术后复发的独立危险因素（P＜0.001）。结论：术后sST2和NT-proBNP水平影响阵发性房

颤患者射频消融术后复发情况，可作为临床预测术后复发的指标。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsofrecurrenceafterradiofrequencyablationinpatientswithparoxysmal

atrialfibrillation.Methods:Atotalof60patientswithparoxysmalatrialfibrillationwhounderwentradiofrequencyablationatLinyi

CentralHospitalfromJune2021toJanuary2023wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Allpatientswerefollowedupfor1yearafter

surgery.Theyweredividedintoarecurrencegroupandanon-recurrencegroupbasedontherecurrencestatus.Therelevantdata

ofthetwogroupswerecompared.Theinfluencingfactorsofrecurrenceafterradiofrequencyablationinpatientswithparoxysmal

atrialfibrillationwereanalyzed.Results:Thelevelsofsolublegrowthstimulationexpressedgene2protein(sST2)andN-terminal

brainnatriureticpeptideprecursor(NT-proBNP)intherecurrencegroupwerehigherthanthoseinthenon-recurrencegroup,and

thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.001).TheelevatedlevelsofsST2andNT-proBNPwereindependentinfluencing

factorsforrecurrenceafterradiofrequencyablationinpatientswithparoxysmalatrialfibrillation(P0.001).Conclusion:Thelevels
