    Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoexplorethemolecularmechanismofCangfuGuideDecoctioninimprovingapoptosisofovariangranularcellsinPCOSratswithphlegmsyndrome.ByestablishingaratmodelofphlegmsyndromePCOS,thestudyanalyzedtheimpactofCangfuGuideDecoctionontheapoptosisofovariangranularcellsanditsmolecularmechanismrelatedtoNrf2/HO-1pathway.TheresultsshowedthatCangfuGuideDecoctioncouldsignificantlyreducetheapoptosisrateofovariangranularcellsinPCOSratsand
