民主领导论文：民主领导的基本方式及其实现途径研究 【中文摘要】当前中国进入改革发展的深水区,处于转型时期的中国社会,经济体制发生了深刻变革,政治体制改革正逐步稳健推进,利益格局出现深刻调整,特别是信息科技的变革,人们的价值观出现多元化的特点,人们有参与变革,表达意愿的要求,传统上由领导人拟定计划、民众追随及上下等级分明的模式已不适用。领导必须尊重个人的权利、尊重人们选择的权利。这一系列的变化为我国的发展带来了机遇和挑战,对党的领导方式和执政方式提出了新的要求,要迎接新的挑战,必然要求各级领导者继续坚持科学发展观,改革和完善党的领导方式,不断提高民主领导能力。为此,各级领导者必须树立以民为先、执政为民的领导理念,运用授权与激励的手段,形成角色互动的领导过程,进行集体科学决策的行为。本文依据理论和实际的需要,通过对传统民主领导思想精华的提炼和对现代民主管理理念的借鉴,提出了民主领导的命题,阐述了民主领导产生的时代背景和理论基础,通过对当前领导活动中民主领导存在的可能性分析,明确了民主领导的基本内涵、民主领导的基本方式,最后从五方面研究探讨了民主领导的实现途径,即树立民主领导理念、掌握民主领导方法、提升民主领导能力、培养民主领导环境、拓宽民主领导渠道。 【英文摘要】China’s current areas of reform and development in deep water, in a transitional period of China’s social and economic system has undergone profound changes, to promote political reform is gradually stable, profound adjustment in the pattern of interest, especially in information technology change, diversification of people抯 values appear features, people have become agents of change, expression of the will of the requirements, traditionally prepared by the leaders of the plan, people to follow, and the upper and lower hierarchical model is no longer applicable.
