MPS安装搬运单元控制系统设计 摘 要 本次设计设计的是控制系统以STC89C52单片机为核心，取代原有的PLC控制，实现对MPS安装搬运单元整个安装搬运过程的控制。要实现的功能包括动作执行、计数显示、状态指示等。动作执行过程主要包括机械手抓取工件、搬运工件、简单装配、松放工件和手臂返回五个阶段。控制系统由硬件部分和软件部分组成。硬件部分主要由基本电路、控制电路和输入、输出电路构成。软件部分主要是在硬件的基础上通过编写的程序来实现对操作手的各个动作、状态指示灯的亮灭、操作工件个数显示以及计数的清等各项功能。 MPS安装搬运单元控制系统的软硬件部分调试成功后，能够实现机械手的自动抓取、搬运、简单装配、松放、复位等动作功能，和状态指示、计数显示以及计数清零等显示功能。 用单片机取代原有的PLC控制系统，简单实用，操作方便，颇有意义。 关键词：MPS，安装，搬运 ，机械手 The Design Of The Control System Of The Handing And Installing Unit Of The MPS ABSTRACT This design is the control system which is as the core of STC89C52. It replaces the PLC control, to achieve the entire installation and handling process of the handling and installing unit. The functions to achieve include the implementation of the action, counting showed and the state of instructions and so on. Actions include the implementation of the work piece manipulator-snatching, porters’ pieces, simple assembly, loose parts and put the arm back to the five stages. Control system consists of hardware and software components. Hardware mainly by the basic circuit, control circuit and input and output circuit. Software is mainly based on the hardware through the preparation process to achieve the various movements of the operator, the state of the bright lights out, the number of display and operation of the work piece zero count and other features. The control system of the MPS handling unit installed hardware and software debugging some successful, to achieve automatic robot crawling, handling, simple assembly, release, reset, such as motor function, and status indication, counting display and display functions such as Count Zero . Replace the PLC control system with single-chip, simple, practical, easy to operate, means a great deal.
