Expanding “Core to more” to Win 1000;Steady Opening Growth…but not reflecting return from heavy people investment for escalating… it’s a must to speed up!!;EVA has improved, but it’s heavily dragged by specialty;EVA is significant impacted by high speed plan changes;However, Central contributes 50% share in specialty. Keep focus on Specialty…@smart;Focus on Key and Core cities…need more clear plan for HZ/CD/CQ;Strong sales growth for new stores…and also improve in SOI;
1. Portfolio focus on specialty and metro
Share: plan is 23% vs Actual 24%
NJ metro alliance signed
SH metro alliance signed
2. Quality of 2011 is improving
EVA of 2010 : -27%, with strong comps after 13 months
EVA of 2011 : -16% (-7%, if were more careful)
Strong comp sales in Y2 and Y3
