摘要
国家设立皖江城市带作为了承接产业转移示范区,加快这一地区的开发开放,不仅是国家加快以浦东为龙头的长江三角洲和长江沿岸地区开发开放战略的重要组成部分,而且对于带动全省开发、开放,具有十分重要的意义。为了抓住这个经济发展的契机,各种各类、大大小小的企业在这个示范区内相继成立。基层员工既是企业的基石,又在企业占据很大比例。对于基层员工的绩效考核非常的重要,但是中小型企业难免因为公司制度、绩效考核操作的规范性等原因,使得绩效考核在企业管理中不能起到很好作用。本文重点阐述这些芜湖中小型企业对基层员工的考核存在的问题,并提出相应的改进意见。使绩效考核真正发挥它激励员工、促进企业发展的作用,从而让企业更好的发展,甚至影响整个示范区的的企业和经济发展
