物流企业管理中存在的问题与对策.doc

摘 要 目前，辽西物流业务面临的一个重要研究课题是如何在确保安全规范许可的条件下，运用高效的仓储设施和快捷的配送手段，以期达到更好为辽西提供优质的物流服务这一目的。这就需要运用现状调研的研究成果，切合实际的制定规划实施方案。辽西物流活动既有一般社会物流活动的共性，又有其独特性，辽西行业的物流活动总量大，活动更专业化，物流成本更高，资产专用性更强。储运品种繁多，既有液态又有固态，其中危险品品种多且储运管理复杂，安全要求非常高;又如储运设备专用性比较强，有大量的储罐来储存液体物料。所以我国目前辽西物流系统的管理具有较强的专业性。 本文分四部分对辽西物流公司企业管理中存在的问题和解决的对策进行研究，首先对物流企业管理的相关理论进行阐述；其次，对辽西物流公司进行调研，进而对该公司业务范围进行介绍；再次，找出制约公司发展的主要因素；最后，提出促进公司业务发展的相关对策。希望能对辽西物流公司业务发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。 关键词：物流企业管理；物流信息管理；物流人才培养 Abstract Currently, logistics operations in western Liaoning faced an important problem is how to ensure safe conditions for licensing, the use of efficient storage facilities and fast delivery means to achieve better quality for the provision of logistics services in western Liaoning this purpose.
