PAGE  PAGE 41 本科毕业设计论文 基于逆向工程的电话子母机子机上壳及其模具设计 学 院 材料与能源学院 专 业 材料成形及控制工程 年级班别 03级材成（2）班 学 号 3103003507 学生姓名 杨 东 指导老师 张 鹏 2007 年 06 月 11 日 摘要 逆向工程是制造业一种常用的手段，采用逆向方法进行模具设计与制造，是缩短产品开发周期，提高产品质量，进而建立自己的设计制造体系的重要手段。 本文就电话子母机子机上壳的实例，采用 Imageware软件规划出由实物转化为工程 CAD资料的一般流程。在深入分析点云数据基础上，修改曲线参数获得高品质曲线；并重点论述了点云处理、曲线生成、建构曲面的方法，为模具加工提供了建构高还原性的 CAD 模型。 逆向工程还能对重构的CAD模型进行适当的结构修改，产品得以改进功能，用途等，使用价值得到提高。本文将对重构的电话子母机子机上壳CAD 模型重新进行模具设计，以使产品再次焕发出新的使用价值。并且详细阐述塑料成型工艺及模具设计的整个过程。全文可以验证逆向工程实施方案对于产品开发与改进的优势。 关键词：逆向工程，点云，?造型重构，模具设计 本设计题目来源于张鹏教师的校级科研项目，项目编号为： 052011 。 Abstract Reverse engineering is a common manufacturing method, using reverse method mold design and manufacture, shortening product development cycles, improving product quality, and establish their own design and manufacture system. This paper calls for a cluster bomb loom under the Shell example Imageware software used by the Physical Planning from engineering CAD into the general flow of information. In-depth analysis of point cloud data, based on revised curve parameters of high quality curve; Focus on the point cloud, Curve, building surfaces, mold processing, to construct a high reduction of the CAD model.
