2011 年 6 月 8 日 摘要 本次设计课题为年产30万m3特种混凝土搅拌站工艺设计。特种混凝土配合比设计、物料平衡计算、混凝土搅拌站设备选型计算和主机生产能量平衡计算、混凝土搅拌站工艺流程图及混凝土搅拌楼工艺布置图设计。 本次设计的主要宗旨是高效、节能、环保等特点，为适应特种混凝土对特别均质和高性能、高强度的要求，采用双卧轴强制式搅拌机，结构紧凑、运转平稳高效的减速机构使得搅拌更激烈、更均匀、更迅速；独特的轴端密封机构保证了可靠性及较长的使用寿命。而且所以设计的骨料堆场为全封闭式，它的建成不仅降低了粉尘与噪音污染，将砂石含水率受天气影响降到最低，同时还起到保温作用，降低了由于冬季搅拌水加热的能源消耗。 为提高工程的经济性指标和混凝土强度，设计中还采用粉煤灰和硅粉的复合掺量取代水泥用量，以节约成本。 关键字： 高强混凝土 配合比 搅拌站 搅拌机 掺合料 Abstract The design issues for the annual output of 30 million special concrete mixing plant process design,In the design, I have special design of concrete mixing process mainly done the following work：Special concrete mix design, material balance calculations,Concrete mixing equipment selection, production and energy balance calculations and calculation of the host,Concrete mixing plant concrete mixing process flow diagram and layout of the design process. The main purpose of this design is efficient, energy saving, environmental protection and other characteristics, to meet the special concrete for special homogeneous and high-performance, high-strength requirements, the use of twin-shaft compulsory mixer, compact structure, smooth and efficient gear box makes the mixing is more intense, more uniform and more rapid; unique shaft seal institutions ensure reliability and long service life. And so the design is fully enclosed yard aggregate, it is built not only reduces dust and noise pollution, water content of the sand to minimize the impact by the weather, but also play a role in insulation to reduce heating due to winter mixing water energy consumption. To improve the economic indicators project and concrete strength, design, fly ash and silica fume also used to replace the amount of cement composite content in order to save costs.
