Methods employed include documentation, theoretical research and case study. It is concluded that the cause of formation of the community land stock cooperative system, in which the non-agricultural income from the agricultural land dominates, lies in the second distribution of increasing collective revenue under the limitation of the collective member rights. The reason of the cooperative system formation, in which the agricultural income dominates, is to avoid natural and market risks ，save transaction cost ；the reason of the farmers setting up the land stock cooperative system by themselves is to scatter risks ，provide incentives and distinguish the ability of entrepreneurs.
