局部解剖学（十三） 胸部的局部解剖与操作（2） 主要内容 Main Contents Inferior mediastinum 下纵隔 Anterior mediastinuum 前纵隔 Middle mediastinum 中纵隔 Posterior mediastinum 后纵隔 Mediastinal space 纵隔间隙 Mediastinal lymph nodes 纵隔淋巴结 Diaphragm 膈 一、前 纵 隔Anterior Mediastinum 位置 Position 内容 Contents 位置Position:：This is a narrow space between the sternum and the anterior wall of pericardium. 位于胸骨与心包前壁之间。 Contents 内容：It contains the rudiment of the lower part of the thymus, the internal thoracic vessels and their branches, a part of the anterior mediastinal lymph nodes and some loose connective tissue.内有胸腺下部、胸廓内血管及其分支、纵隔前淋巴结和疏松结缔组织。 二、中纵隔Middle Mediastinum Position 位置 Contents 内容 Position 位置：It lies between the anterior and posterior wall of pericardium. 位于心包前、后壁之间。 Contents 内容: It contains the pericardium, the heart and the root part of great blood vessels passing into and from the heart (the pulmonary trunk, ascending aorta, superior vena cava, inferior vena cava, pulmonary veins), the arch of azygos vein, phrenic nerves pericardiacophrenic vessels, cardiac plexus and lymph nodes. 内有心包、心、出入心的大血管根部、奇静脉弓、膈神经、心包膈血管、心丛和淋巴结等。 1.心包 心内注射 2.心包腔和心包窦 三、后纵隔Posterior Mediastinum Position 位置 Contents 内容 Position位置：it lies between the pericardinum and lower eight thoracic vertebrae.位于心包后壁与下8个胸椎之间。 Contents内容：It contains the following organs: the principal bronchi, thoracic part of esophagus, thoracic aorta, thoracic duct, azygos and hemiazygos veins, vagus nerves, sympathetic trunk and lymph nodes.包括食管、迷走神经、胸主动脉、奇静脉、半奇静脉、副半奇静脉、胸导管、胸交感干和纵隔后淋巴结。 1.食管胸部thoracic part of esophagus（1）位置：位于上纵隔后部和后纵隔，介于胸廓上口与膈食管裂孔之间。食管胸部与胸主动脉有交叉，食管上部位于胸主动脉右侧，下部位于胸主动脉的前方。 食 管 分 段 与 毗 邻 腹段 （2）Relation毗邻 食管前方：有气管、气管杈、左主支气管、左喉返神经、右肺动脉、食管前丛、心包、左心房和膈。 食管胸部的压迹 1. 主动脉弓压迹 2. 左主支气管压迹 3. 左心房压迹 食管后方：有食管后丛、 胸主动脉、 胸导管、 奇静脉、 右肋间动脉、 半奇静脉、 副半奇静脉等。 食管 胸主动脉 胸导管 迷走神经 奇静脉 半奇静脉 交感干 食管左侧：有左颈总动脉、 左锁骨下动脉、胸导管上段、 主动脉弓、 胸主动脉、 在食管上、下三角处与左纵隔胸膜相贴。 食管右侧：有右纵隔胸膜和奇静脉弓。 食管后隐窝retroesophageal recess:为右侧纵
