ISIC 的演化及其启示# 袁勤俭* （南京大学信息管理学院，南京 210093）  5 10 15 20 25 30 35 摘要：文章在简要介绍 ISIC 的演化之后，详细描述了 ISIC 4.0 的建立和使用原则及其最新 变化，然后结合我国产业分类体系现状，提出了我国产业分类体系在尽可能在纵向上保持一 致的同时，尽可能使我国产业分类体系与 ISIC 保持一致，还应不断汲取北美产业分类体系、 欧盟产业分类体系等世界上其他分类体系的成功之处，也应就分类原则、体系结构、类目特 性及定义、解释性说明等各方面，认真听取各地区和各部门统计工作者及相关利益者的意见。 关键词：产业分类体系；国际标准产业分类体系；ISIC；分类原则；分类符号系统 中图分类号：F222 A Study of the Evolution of ISIC and Its Enlightenments YUAN Qinjian (School of Information Management, Nanjing University, NanJing 210093) Abstract: After the paper gives a brief introduction of ISIC, it gives a detailed analysis of the underlying principles and some changes of ISIC 4.0. According to the situation of Chinese Industrial Classification System, then it puts forward some countermeasures as to how to improve Chinese Industrial Classification System. These countermeasures includes:(1) We should have a major concern about the continuity and comparability between the revised and preceding versions of Chinese Standard Industrial Classification System of All Economic Activities. (2) Chinese Standard Industrial Classification System of All Economic Activities should keep in accordance with the ISIC as soon as possible.(3) Chinese Standard Industrial Classification System of All Economic Activities should learn the advantages of NAICS, NACE, and other industrial classification system in the world. (4)We should ask for different viewpoints of the statistical institutes and all major stakeholders on the classification principles and architecture, features categories and definitions, explanatory notes and other aspects of Chinese Standard Industrial Classification System of All Economic Activities.
