攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） XK-450开炼机设计 学生姓名： 贾 谊 学生学号： 200410628037 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 年级专业： 04机制自动化 指导教师： 吴国洋 副教授 助理指导教师： 二〇〇八年六月 摘 要 XK-450开炼机是橡胶、塑料机械中最常用、最基本的设备之一，主要用于生胶的塑炼、胶料的混炼、混炼胶的热炼等。 目前，我国虽然发展很快、生产品种也较多，但与工业发达国家相比还有一定差距XK-450开炼机进行了设计和计算，包括电机和减速器的选用，工作机的设计,Pro/ENGINEER wlife软件辅助结构设计，工作机主要的零部件和辅助部件设计，制图软件的使用等。 本文在结构设计方面，采用少齿差行星齿轮减速器替代以往的圆柱齿轮减速器，结构更为简单紧凑，降低了生产成本。并针对安全生产问题，增加了安全装置，为以后该机械的设计提供参考依据。 关键词：XK-450开炼机，Pro-E，结构设计  ABSTRACT XK-450 milling machine is a kind of rubber, plastics machinery,which is most commonly used. XK-450 milling machine was mainly used for : Health adhesive plastic necklace, the rubber compound mixing, and mixing hot necklace. At present, although our nation of opening mixer technology was developing at high speed,there was a huft narrow exsiled between our nation and developed countries. The development of milling machine is on the way to personalization and intelligent direction. The hypothesis describes describes the design of the XK-450 milling machine and the catculation porters, which including the choice of motor and driving , working machine design, Pro/ENGINEER wlifethe software assistant frmanwork design, More attention was paid on the analysis of the struetion of milling machine on function and certification.stlnuctaneously,looking up for cats of connected materiaf is neccery. In this design task, the fewer teeth planetary gear reducer replaced ,it is previous gear reducer. Which makes it is structure simple compact the cost of production.
