PAGE 毕业设计（论文） 中文题目：房屋工程渗漏原因及防治措施 摘 要 工程质量一直是社会各界关注的问题，我国的建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，也得到了社会各界的广泛关注，近几年来随着国家推行IS09000质量体系认证以来，工程质量总体水平有了较大的提高，为人们生活居住环境的改善和社会进步做出了巨大贡献，但在房屋建筑工程中，渗漏是比较常驻见的质量问题，严重地影响了正常的使用，并给物业管理和维修造成极大的困难，给用户的生活带来很大的不便。造成渗漏的原因有；设计方面的，比如屋面防水工程，有的不重视排水设计，对排水不畅的因素未充分考虑，致使屋面有的局部长期有水浸蚀，加速了防水材料的老化和霉烂，降低了防水的耐久性。再有未能按屋面防水等级确定防水标准，确定设防层数及每层构造厚度与要求、材料的种类与选择、细部节点的构造设计等；施工方面的，又如屋面防水工程，有的节点细部与找平层质量差，防水层厚度不够，保护野处理不当等；是用户任意进行室内改造，改变使用性能，如有的在无防水性能的楼面上设暗沟排水等。本文将就房屋工程渗漏的部位及产生的原因进行分析，并提出合理的防治措施。 关键词：房屋工程；渗漏；防治措施 Abstract Quality has always been the community’s concern about the issue, china’s construction industry as china’s national economy one of the pillar industries, the community has been widespread concern in recent years as the national implementation of iso9000 quality system certification, the overall level of quality has been enhanced, for people to live the improvement of the environment and social progress has made tremendous contributions, but in housing construction, the leakage is more common quality problems, it has seriously affected the normal use and to property management and maintenance caused great difficulties for users of the lives of great inconvenience.
