浅谈工程造价的控制 摘 要：本文阐述了材料管理在项目施工过程中的重要性理论及改善措施。改善措施分三个要点进行论述：加强企业管理人员对材料、管理的成本意识，提高职工的素质，树立人本特色的材料成本管理理念，建立成本管理文化；以材料成本控制为核心，在材料的计划、采购、运输、库房管理、结算及监督方面规范材料管理流程。在材料的计划方面，介绍材料需大量的几种计算方法以及材料计划编制。在材料的采购方面，分析采购管理的几个阶段，重点论述了招投标及评标的秩序和方法。在材料的使用方面，从施工准备阶段、施工阶段、施工收尾阶段分别阐述材料使用管理的不同方法和要求在库管方面，引述了JIT概念。最后引用实例来说明计算机管理的实用性等特性。 关键词：工程造价;造价管理;项目管理;建设工程 Construction project cost control analysis and research 　　 Abstract：In the construction engineering project management, how to efficient t and the owners decision having the effect that cannot replace.
