摘 要 面向电子行业的进销存系统是在研究了SAP R/3系统运作的的基础之上，结合了中国的国情以及开发人员能力所研制开发的一套进销存系统，这套系统将用户设定为电子行业中的中间商，即此用户并不负责生产以及组装，而仅涉及到对商品的采购，对商品的存储，以及最终对商品的销售，在这一过程中实现商品的增值，以及企业利润和资本的增加。这套系统的开发旨在提高电子行业中间商的工作效率，方便其管理以及经营，顺畅企业内部信息流，加强工作的计划性，提高企业内部组织的协同办公能力，减少企业内部工作流程，使企业由纵向到横向发展，进而提高工作效率和工作质量，使企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势。系统包括了采购、库存存储以及销售三大模块来实现其具体功能。本人主要负责最销售模块的调研以及开发。 本文通过对系统开发的意义、背景以及面向电子行业中间商的进销存系统基本原理和特点作以概述，并结合国内外现状阐述了系统研究的可行性。经过认真地调研，对系统的开发进行了全面的需求分析，通过对系统的业务流程图、数据流程图及数据字典的描述与定义，确定了系统的总体流程。在本文介绍了系统的总体结构、功能模块划分、系统的总体流程、系统数据库的设计以及系统的开发特点。同时详细介绍了系统的实现，并对系统进行了相关分析，阐述了系统实施的可行性。最后通过对本系统的测试与功能完善，说明了系统各部分的测试过程及其出现问题的解决方案。本套系统采用的是素有快速开发精灵的Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具,采用SQL Sever 2000作为数据库的后台支持,基于C/S架构所开发出来的一套进销存系统。 关键字：SAP R/3，进销存系统，Visual Basic，SQL Server，C/S架构 ABSTRACT Electronic Oriented Purchase，Stock Sale system is developed based on the idea of SAP R/3’s application, combined with the situation of China and the ability of the developers. The system may focus on the middleman in the field of Electronics, that is to say, the users of the system take no responsibility on the production and assemble of the product. And that is only related with the purchase of the goods, the stock of the goods and the final sale of those goods, and in the course of it , the users of the system can realize the increment of the goods and the increase of the profit and capital of the enterprise or company. The system is to advance the work efficiency of the middleman company, facilitate its management and prosecution, smooth internal information flow, strengthen internal organized and coordinated working ability, and improve efficiency and working ability. Therefore companies gain competitive advantages in fierce marketing competition. The system is composed of 3 functional modules those are purchase module, stock module and sale module.
