摘 要 本论文的主要内容为DVD门注塑模的设计。首先获得产品部件的外型实体模型（原外型设计运用UG建模），进行数据交换后存为STEP文件,然后利用Pro/ENGINEER2001重新测量建立.prt文件，然后综合运用EMX4.1模块完成模具的设计，再进行CAE分析，主要是用Moldflow Plastic Advisers对其进行模流分析，通过不断分析改进和修整，使设计达到要求；通过所有检验后，用AutoCAD2006完成注塑模具非标准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。 关键词：注塑模、DVD门、Pro/ENGINEER2001、EMX4.1、Moldflow Plastic Advisers Abstract This thesis mainly introduce the design for the part of DVD door Injection mold.
