玻璃制品有限公司风险评估和投保方案设计 摘 要 沈阳市昌昊玻璃制品有限公司作为新民市的龙头玻璃加工企业，其风险因素的控制是否得当，将会直接影响企业的运作与经营，本文通过对沈阳昌昊玻璃制造有限公司的风险因素的研究，在对玻璃生产工艺了解的基础上， 对该厂潜在风险因素进行风险辩识与分析，运用模糊数学、安全检查表以及层次分析法对各危险因素的权重进行了计算， 根据权重值确定各危险因素在整个评估体系中所占的比重。然后根据对该厂的实地了解对各项危险因素进行评分，得出各项风险的分数，最后根据风险的大小划分其风险等级， 并结合费率表确定其一个合理的投保方案，根据其自身的情况确定保费，并结合保险方案针对性的提出相应控制风险的措施。 关键词：玻璃制品；风险辨识；模糊数学；风险等级；风险控制 Abstract Shenyang ChangHao Glass Products limited company as a leading glass processing enterprises in XinMin， and that its risk factors are properly controlled， will directly affect the operation of business and management， this article by Shenyang ChangHao Glass Products limited company study of risk factors in the understanding of glass production technology， based on potential risk factors for the risk identification and analysis， the use of fuzzy mathematics， safety check lists as well as the AHP of the weight of the risk factors were calculated， according to the weight values to determine various risk factors in the evaluation of the weighting system. Then according to the plants site on the score of the risk factors， the risks come to the scores， the size of the final risk-based division of the risk level， combined with the rate table to determine a reasonable insured its program， according to its own the situation to determine premiums， combined with insurance programs to focus on appropriate risk control measures.
