中国农学通报 2010,26(14):413-418 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 北京都市型现代农业标准体系建设研究 魏延栋，史亚军 （北京农学院经济管理学院/北京农业学院都市农业究所，北京102206） 摘 要：农业标准化是现代农业的重要内容和显著标志之一，北京农业发展到都市型现代农业的新阶段， 需要建立、建全与之相适应的农业标准体系。北京农业标准体系的建设，可以使农产品的质量安全得到 保证，增加农产品的价值，提高农民收入，可以加快北京农业现代化的发展，可以保障北京农业的可持续 发展。应围绕北京农业产业融合化、特色化、多功能性、国际化的特点，建立具有北京都市型现代农业特 色的标准体系，在促进北京农业发展的同时，最终实现经济、社会、生态效益的最大化。 关键词：农业标准化；都市型现代农业；标准体系建设 中图分类号：G307 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2010-0424 The Establishment of Standard System Analysis of Beijing Urban Agriculture Wei Yandong, Shi Yajun （Beijing University of Agriculture, College of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Agriculture, Graduate School of Urban Agriculture, Beijing 102206) Abstract: Agriculture standardization is the important content and one of the obvious logos of modern agriculture. The development of Beijing agriculture now is in the stage of urban agriculture, and it is the time to establish the whole agricultural standard system which can correspond the rapid development of urban agriculture. Beijing Agricultural standard system construction can guarantee quality and safety of agricultural products, increase the value of agricultural products, increase the income of the farmer, and can speed up agricultural modernization of Beijing, to protect Beijing sustainable development of agriculture. The establishment of the characteristic standard system of Beijing urban agriculture should focus on the features, such as industry convergence, particularity, versatility, internationalization, and finally achieve economic, social and ecological benefits to maximize with the development of Beijing agriculture.
