In order to exploration the region economy level of development the moderate reconnaissance design profession development scale and the spatial layout.This article uses MATLAB artificial neural network (Ann) and the principal components analysis, used the Shandong 17 places cities to reflect the reconnaissance design profession level of development the statistical target and various cities main economic indicator as well as had the city level boundary data the Shandong Province politics area chart. we analyzes the spatial relation of the region economy and construction of the 17 cities in Shandong province, uses the method which the statistics and the quantitative analysis unify, uses MAPGIS importing the thematic maps of the integrated studied scores of Shandong province, estimates the u
