有机涂层钢板的应用与研究进展/苟淑云等 ·11 · 有机涂层钢板的应用与研究进展* 苟淑云，陈绿英，李玉和 （攀枝花学院材料学院，攀枝花 617000 ） 摘要 概述了有机涂层钢板的发展状况及生产工艺，分别介绍了有机涂层钢板在建筑业和家电领域的应用，以及不同 应用领域对产品的要求；建筑业是有机涂层钢板的主要消费领域，近年来消费量增加迅速，但市场竞争激烈，产能仍有富裕； 另外介绍了 2 种特殊的有机涂层产品——耐指纹板和抗菌涂层板的性能特点和涂层特征，分析了有机涂层钢板在不同应用领 域的发展趋势和市场前景。 关键词 有机涂层钢板 耐指纹涂层 抗菌涂层 生产工艺 Application and Research Situation of Organic Coated Steel Strip GOU Shuyun, CHEN Luying, LI Yuhe (Material Engineering Department, Panzhihua University, Panzhihua 617000) Abstract The developing situations and coating process of organic coated steel strip are summarized．The application of organic coated steel strip in structural field and household electrical appliancecs are introduced, and the requirements for different use are described. The structural industry is the most major consumer of organic coated steel strip, and the consuming amount has been increasing fast in past years. Even so the market competition is intense as there is excessive production capacity. The coating and properties of two kinds of organic coated steel strip named antifingerprint coated sheet and antibacterial coated strip are introduced. The developing trends and market prospect of organic coated steel strip in different application field are discussed.
