摘 要 在电力拖动系统中，调节电压的直流调速是应用最广泛的一种调速方法，除了利用晶闸管整流器获得可调直流电压外，还可利用其它电力电子元件的可控性，采用脉宽调制技术，直接将恒定的直流电压调制成极性可变，大小可调的直流电压，用以实现直流电动机电枢两端电压的平滑调节，构成直流脉宽调速系统，随着电力电子器件的迅速发展，采用门极可关断晶体管GTO、全控电力晶体管GTR、P-MOSFET、绝缘栅晶体管IGBT等一些大功率全控型器件组成的晶体管脉冲调宽型开关放大器（Pulse Width Modulated）,已逐步发展成熟，用途越来越广。Abstract In the electric drive system, The DC Driving System which adjusts voltage is the widest used in the speed control methods. Besides to use the thyristor rectifier to adjust DC voltage, also it could use the other power electronic components’ controlled performance. Using pulse width modulation technology. Directly to modulate the constant DC voltage into variable-polarity,size adjustable DC voltage. to achieve the smooth regulation of the dc motor voltage. Constituting a DC motor PWM speed control system. With the rapid development of the electronic devices,The transistor-type pulse-width-modulated switching amplifier which composed of GTO, GTR, P-MOSFET, IGBT, such as these High-power- full-controlled devices, had been gradually developed,and became widly used. In this paper, it primarily elaboraring the basic concepts of the DC motor speed control system. On this basis it systematic introductes the single-closed-loop negative feedback speed control system.The composition of the current-speed two-closed-loop negative feedback speed control system., working principle,and the theory and control method of the PWM speed control system.It introduces the control circuit and the system components of the PWM speed control system of the DC motor . Finally,with the MATLAB-Simulink, it use the simulation technique for the electric principle chart,to make the simulation analysis for the PWM speed control system of the DC motor.
