西安市综合科研楼给排水工程设计摘 要该建筑为综合科研楼，位于西安市，建筑高度为60.85米，总建筑面积约1.8万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况，根据建筑物的性质，用途，和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备，具体的给排水系统设计如下：给水系统：本建筑地下一层至地上二层由室外市政管网直接供水，三至十六层采用变频水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式。排水系统：本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了UPVC排水塑料管，为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。消防系统：该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅱ级，设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置，消火栓给水管网呈环状布置，各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮，能直接启动消防泵；室外设地下式水泵结合器，保证消防安全可靠。汇展中心，走廊，办公室，电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统。关键词：给水；排水；消火栓；自动喷淋ABSTRACTThe building is integrated scientific research building, located in Xian city center, building height of 60.85 meters, total construction area of ??about 1.2 million square meters. Basement fire lift the well, sump pump and ground water are equipped with lifting devices.Fire Fighting System:The building is in fire danger rating class Ⅱ, design elements, including fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system. Rooms in the roof tank fire hydrant experimental device, fire hydrant arranged in rings, the fire box equipped with fire pump start button, and can directly start the fire pump; room underground pumps with peripheral devices, to ensure fire safety.
