On special conditions such as flood and earthquake, it should be tested more frequently, which can be decided according to the condition.During the construction period, when the pouring is accelerated, the deforming and stress should be tested according to the superior limit. During the first impounding period, due to the fast rising speed of the water level, it also should be tested according to the superior limit. During the operating, if the changing speed of deforming and seepage is fast, it also should be tested according to the superior limit. When the condition is stability, it can be tested according to the low limit. After several years of operating, the testing times can be reduced or some items can be cancelled after being approved by relevant departments. However, if the water level is higher than the pre-time operating level.
