摘要 山西是我国最大的也是最重要的煤炭能源生产基地，而煤炭事业发展的核心就是企业内部和外部物流活动的最优化。物流活动贯穿着煤炭事业生产和经营的整个过程。随着中国新能源技术的不断进步，化石能源的使用也慢慢变得紧张起来，造成了煤炭企业也在不断地更替，因此煤炭型企业需要不断地改革。特别是对于小型企业来说，集中核心竞争力，将非核心型的业务转交给专业性的第三方，会给企业带来可持续发展的竞争优势。Abstract ShanXi Province is China’s largest and most important coal energy production base. and the development of coal is the core enterprise internal and external logistics activity optimization. The logistics activity throughout the cause of coal in the whole process of the production and management, especially for small companies to focus on core competitive ability is the key, the coal enterprise core competitive ability is for long-term stability of the competitive advantage based, core competitive ability once forms, it become enterprise advantage of sustainable development. With China’s new energy technology advances, fossil energy use also slowly become nervous. So the coal enterprise is in constant change, so the coal enterprise to should vigorously for reform, so the coal logistics will be of ShanXi coal logistics development plays a promoting role. This article through studies of FuRuiDa business trade limited company in ShanXi province of coal logistics, combined with the FuRuiDa business trade limited company in ShanXi province of the actual situation, of the coal as the logistics, storage, the equipment layout and the process of coal as the research object, by FuRuiDa business trade limited company in ShanXi province, and the analysis of the internal and external environment of coal each link reasonable layout. Allow companies in coal logistics business more reasonable, maximum limit the cost of saving the company, in order to improve the company’s economic benefit and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market has great significance.
