毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 推行大学生助学贷款制度，是国家充分发挥高等教育资源优势，实现高等教 育的公平性的一个重要举措。自从大力推广以来，帮助过许许多多贫困的学生完 成了高等教育。我校作为全国的一个缩影，大学生助学贷款制度紧锣密鼓地进行 着。但是国家助学贷款在实施的过程中并没有进行的一帆风顺，在国家学校银行， 学校四个利益相关群体之间出现了很多问题，本文从经济学角度，依次从信贷模 型，社会福利经济学和制度（信息）经济学角度进行了分析。究其根本原因，作 为一项制度，它在本身的制度设计上就陷入了一种不利的“纳什均衡”，本文最后 站在博弈论的层面上从贷款的目标群体，可贷款额度，贷款利率，还贷的方式和 期限，回收机构，风险承担主体和其他配套措施等制度设计方面对大学生助学贷 款制度进行了分析和规范，从这个角度试着解决问题。 关键词 助学贷款 经济学 大学生 我校 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Title The Economical Reflection Of Loans Granted To Our College Students For Education Abstract To push the system of loans granted to students for college education is an important policy, which is good for the exertion of the advantage of higher education in China sufficiently and the realization of the justice of it. Since its extension, it has helped a lot of students who are in poverty finish their higher education. As an epitome, our college has carried it out many years. But its implement is not very good, many problems appear from the interest-correlation colonies as country、college、bank、students. In this lecture, we analyze them from points such as credit mode, social welfare economics and information economics. In order to investigate their fundamental resources, as a kind of system, it has got into a disadvantageous“Nashen Equilibrium”. At last, based on the theory of “games of gambling and chess”, the lecture analyzes and rectifies the loan system from several respects of the design of systems, such as target of loan, quantity available, rate of loan, method and termination of return, reclaim organization and other matched measures, during the procession， we manage to settle out the problems.
