拉深件成形复合模具设计专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化学 生： 指 导 教 师： 完 成 日 期：2012年5月23日机械工程学院中 文 摘 要模具工业是现代工业的基础产业，是我国现代工业的基础产业之一，对我国国民经济的持续快速健康发展起着支柱的作用。发展世界领先的模具加工制造技术和扩大模具工业的规模经济效益已经成为我国发展现代工业的一个推动点之一。模具工业在现代市场经济中的作用日益受到了人们的广泛关注，越来越多的行业都日益把业务延伸到模具上来。例如现代经济中的汽车、飞机、高速列车制造、建筑设备、电器、五金等各类各行业几乎都相应地派生出了自己专门的模具生产部门，建立了相应的行业模具生产制造基地。模具工业对国民经济和社会的发展，起着越来越重要的作用。本课题设计就是在AutoCAD平台上对落料拉深胀形切边复合模和斜楔式冲孔模具进行设计及二维图形绘制。在设计过程中，通过了解和掌握冲压模具材料及斜楔式冲孔模具设计的有关知识，主要完成了模具的工作零件、定位零件、导向零件和装配零件的设计，并利用AutoCAD软件进行二维图形及装配过程的设计。在设计的过程中，掌握了冲压模具的基本设计过程和设计要领，并了解了冲压模具的成型原理，及AutoCAD和三维图形软件的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工作过程图形设计等各个环节的基本操作规则及运用方法，从而可以利用软件AutoCAD或其它三维图形设计软件完成模具的整体设计。关键词：冲压模具 复合模 斜楔 三维图形 AutoCADAbstractMould industry is modern industrial foundation industry in China, is one of the modern industrial foundation industry of our country, palys a pillar role in Chinas national economy to a sustained, rapid and healthy development. Development of the worlds leading mould processing manufacturing technology and expand the scale of mould industry economic benefits has become a promote modern industrial flashpoints in our country. The role of mould industry in modern market economy growing attracting peoples extensive concern more and more, more and more industries are increasingly put business extends to mould up. For example , the modern economy of cars, planes and high-speed train manufacture, construction equipment, electrical appliances, hardware and other kinds of almost all industries derived his accordingly the mold production department specially, establishes the mould manufacturing base.Mould industry for national economic and social development, plays a more and more important role.This topic is designed in AutoCAD platform on inclined Blanking drawing bulge-shaped cutting edge composite mold and wedge type punching mould design and 2D graphics. In the design process, by understanding and mastering material of stamping die and relevant knowledge of wedge pierching die design, mainly completed the design of working parts, position
